Mission Possible!

I think there has been so much change in the last decade in the workplace and in society as a whole. One is that technology has definitely changed the way that we do our work and our work habits. Second, the pace of change has increased. We have also moved from a national orientation to really and truly international. Our large corporations are all competing globally and so is our workforce. Our world has truly become a global community.
Again the way we think about our role in the workplace has had to change.
